Frustrated that Brent doesn’t sell live bait at Corner Gas, Oscar sets up a Bait Shack across the street to teach his son a lesson. Hank sees a business opportunity and starts PÜBER, a mobile outhouse. Wanda thinks she’s responsible for the clog and treks into the sewer system while Lacey bribes Brent to keep the only working toilet in town a secret. Meanwhile, Emma tricks Oscar into updating their family portrait when she finds an unused gift certificate. Davis, Karen and Wanda argueover who would lead Dog River in an apocalypse, while Hank and Oscar build a disaster shelter. Sick of Brent and Lacey's bickering, Emma traps them in her cellar to force them to hash things out.
